Chicken Mozzarella Burger


While I was busy making Chicken Mozzarella Ravioli (coming up another time) I found out that I had to much chicken. So my mom came up with an idea: Why not make chicken burgers out of it? So we did! And they were good! I really recommend this!




Chicken Mozzarella Burger:


Burgers:

400 gr chicken
200 gr mozzarella
3 teaspoons Pesto Genovese

How to prepare:

Put the mozzarella, chicken and pesto in a food processor. Blend it well until everything is combined. Because it's a little bit sticky put a little bit of flower on every side so it does not stick to the pan.
Bake the burger until it's golden brown on each side. And there you have your burger!
