Nutella Cake A La Minute

First of all: Sorry for the lack of updates, my internet had some problems. (Huge problems.) but here I am. Back with an easy recipe.

I've found this recipe on Culy.nl (a dutch site for foodies) and thought lets give it a try! And every girl/woman needs chocolate in her life so once or twice a month is good right?! And it's very easy and you don't have to go to the grocery for a special ingredient. Originally this is made in a mug, but I find it much cuter to put it in a little bowl.

Nutella Cake A La Minute:

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons self rising flour
4 tablespoons white granulated sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons Nutella
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

To make the cake:

For this recipe you don't have to separate the dry-ingredients from the wet-ingredients. Just put everything in a bowl and whisk it well with a fork (or a whisk) until it's nice and smooth.
Put it  in a bowl, or in a mug and put it in the microwave at the highest you can for about 1,5 - 3 minutes. It depends on the microwave how long you need. Mine was on 900 watt for about 3 minutes.

Tip: to make serve it up nice or just for the flavor, ad some whipped cream and maybe chocolate sauce or sprinkle it lightly with some cocoa powder.

Tip 2: This recipe is originally made for 2-4 mugs.

Enjoy this heavenly easy baked mini cake!
